try to sound older please...you have a young voice/and through in some "eh eh" anytime

BACKROUND: Hates cops and Bruce, enjoys killing them, grateful for all of Jokers money, but hates the clown, and is devising a plan to kill the him too....."eh" is his over-used fav laugh-type...sounds like a real Penguin...(play with it...make it your own...lock yourself away from the kiddies, get dark...he's fat, he's lonely, he's got no friends, he's anger, he's bitter, he loves birds - REAL MURDERER QUOTE "
